A growing alternative asset manager is seeking an Investment Finance Associate to join its real estate investment team.
n
Working closely with senior investment professionals, you will support the financial performance and reporting of a portfolio of large, complex real estate assets. The role combines commercial finance, investment analysis and exposure to acquisitions and strategic asset initiatives.
Key
responsibilities:n
n
Maintain asset and investment financial models
n
Prepare budgets, forecasts and performance analysis
n
Deliver monthly and quarterly investment reporting
n
Analyse cash flows, returns and key financial drivers
n
Support acquisitions, valuations and refinancing activity
n
Assist with investment papers and senior presentations
n
Partner with investment, finance and asset management teams
n
About you:n
n




Three to six years of relevant analytical or finance experience
n
Background in commercial finance, FP&A;, transaction services, funds management, investment analysis or Big Four advisory
n
Robust Excel, financial modelling and reporting skills
n
Commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail
n
CA, CPA or CFA qualifications are advantageous but not essential
n
Property experience is beneficial but not required
n
