You will produce high-quality pastry items, support the pastry crew, and help maintain cost control while delivering guest-centered experiences.
The role requires a Certificate III in Patisserie and at least 2 years of post-apprenticeship pastry experience, with opportunities to grow under experienced chefs and mentor younger staff in a dynamic resort setting.
