The Trainee Property Manager plays a vital role in supporting the management of residential and community housing at Kurrawang Aboriginal Christian Community (KACC). The role involves assisting with tenancy management, rent collection, property inspections, and maintenance coordination while learning the broader responsibilities of property management.
This position also has a community development focus — providing training and shadowing prospects for local community members to gain skills in housing management, administration, and trades.

Qualifications & Experience Essential
High school completion or equivalent.

Previous experience in administration, housing, or customer service.
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Housing, or Community Services (or willingness to obtain).
Understanding of Aboriginal community housing models.
Experience working with Aboriginal people in a community setting.
