Up to $100K + super

Manage approximately 100 quality properties

Predominantly Western Suburbs portfolio

1 day WFH per week

No routine inspections or PCRs!

THE ROLE
n
This is an internal Property Management role where you can focus on what you do best — managing your clients, your portfolio and delivering exceptional service.
n
You'll manage a portfolio of around 100 properties, predominantly across the Western Suburbs,



with a fantastic support network around you.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Managing your portfolio and client relationships
n
Providing a premium level of service to owners and tenants
n
Completing your own final bondsWorking closely with the BDM, leasing agent and trust accountant
n
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
n
Maintaining high standards across your portfolio
n
n
With routines and PCRs outsourced, you can spend less time running around and more time actually managing your portfolio properly.
n
ABOUT YOU
n
You'll be an experienced Property Manager who:
n
n
Has 4+ years' Property Management experience
n
Holds current Property Management Registration and CPD points
n
Is confident managing a portfolio independently
n
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skillsTakes genuine pride in delivering exceptional client serviceIs organised, proactive and tech-savvy
n
Has high attention to detail and a strong work ethic
n
Wants to be part of a team where culture and support aren't just buzzwords
n
