Job Description
We are seeking a Hub Administrator to join our Administration Hub, providing high-quality, responsive and professional administrative support across Jewish Care services in North West London You will be required to work 5 days per week onsite, at either our Sidney Corob House (NW6) or Jack Gardner House (NW11) depending on business needs. This is an onsite role, working an average of ***** hours per week, Monday to Friday and fixed term for 12 months.

About the Service
n
The Administration Hub provides essential administrative and operational support across Jewish Cares services in East London and Essex. Acting as a central point of contact, the Hub ensures a high standard of customer service for colleagues, residents, tenants, members, families and visitors. The Hub supports a wide range of functions including reception services, financial administration, HR processes and health & safety compliance, helping to streamline workflows and support effective service delivery across multiple sites.

About the Role
n
As a Hub Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of services by providing professional, responsive and accurate administrative support.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Reception & Customer Service
n
Acting as a first point of contact for visitors, staff and residents
n
Managing enquiries by phone, email and in person
n
Creating a welcoming, skilled front-of-house environment
n
Administrative & Operational Support
n
Maintaining accurate records and documentation across systems
n
Supporting meeting coordination, visitor management and ID badge issuance
n
Logging maintenance requests and ensuring health & safety documentation is up to date
n
Managing office supplies and supporting basic financial and procurement tasks
n
Ensuring confidentiality and data protection standards are upheld
n
Staff, Resident & Tenant Support
n
Assisting with HR administration, recruitment processes and payroll support
n
Supporting transport bookings and responding to general queries
n
Handling personal allowance top-ups and signposting to relevant internal teams
n
n
About You
n
You will be organised, customer-focused and comfortable working in a busy, multi-task environment.
n
You will have:
n
n
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
n
Experience delivering high-quality customer service
n
Experience using systems, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications
n
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
n
Experience working collaboratively as part of a team
n
n
It would be beneficial if you also have:
n
n
Experience supporting financial or HR-related processes
n
Basic knowledge of health & safety, data protection and confidentiality
n
Willingness to undertake First Aid and Defibrillator training
