Job Description
Piccolo by Amici in Canberra is seeking a full-time Head Barista to own the coffee program. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a high-volume café, strong espresso knowledge, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You'll dial in espresso, texture milk, manage stock, and lead the team with pride in quality.

The role offers daytime hours, autonomy over the coffee program, and the chance to shape a current Canberra CBD concept with strong support from an established hospitality group.
