A retiring Partner within the team means they have a potential client base to be transitioned
Flexible approach and prepared to tailor the role around the incoming person depending on whether you are bringing existing fees with you
What you will offer
Professional qualifications in accounting, technically capable and experience with complex client groups
This could be suited to someone ready to step up to a Partnership role, or an established Business Services/Advisory Partner with fees
Able to hit the ground running with the management of a quality local team
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to generate referrals or develop new business
