About the role

Step into a key Project Officer role within a Queensland Government program and support a rapid-paced portfolio of emerging projects. You’ll work across HR, governance, reporting and project assurance, with plenty of stakeholder interaction and variety. Key Responsibilities
Support projects with advice, problem solving and analysis
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and HR activities
Prepare agendas, papers, minutes and reports for governance committees
Maintain registers, action trackers, decisions and project records
Coordinate workshops, stakeholder sessions and project assurance activities

Highly desirable criteria
Bring prior Queensland or Australian Government experience




Apply solid HR and end-to-end recruitment experience
Demonstrate excellent organisation across multiple priorities
Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels

Desirable criteria
Offer intelligence, law enforcement or public safety experience
Show experience with project assurance and governance
Use SharePoint and Microsoft Office with confidence

Skills and experience
Excel, Word and SharePoint proficiency
Project governance and secretariat experience
HR and recruitment support experience
Robust stakeholder and workshop coordination skills
Independent and adaptable approach in a quick-paced environment
