Job Description

Randstad in Brisbane is seeking an Onsite Support Consultant to oversee a large temporary workforce at the Amazon BNE1 site. You will coordinate rostering, onboarding, attendance, and payroll processes while partnering with site HR, Operations and WFS teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have onsite experience in recruitment or HR, with a keen eye for detail and policy compliance, and a adaptable schedule to cover varying shifts in a quick-paced setting.
