About The Role

As a Store Manager, you'll play a leading role in our team to ensure that every customer leaves with the best possible experience.

Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 30+ in a energetic big‐box retail environment.
n
Drive Performance: Utilise your expertise in P&L; management, KPI achievement, and trend forecasting.
n
Manage Operations: Oversee stock management and maintain high operational efficiency.
n
Elevate Standards: Implement exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.

Focus on Customers:
Prioritise delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What We Are Looking For
n
n
Store leadership experience within a large‐format retailer.
n
Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
n
Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L; analysis and forecasting.
n
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
n
A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus!)
n
First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
n
Full‐time availability, including weekends.
n
