We're looking for a Senior Consultant – Customer Engagement Platforms with hands‐on experience across Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform. You'll work directly with clients to design and deliver lifecycle journeys, campaigns and cross‐channel engagement experiences, combining strong MarTech capability with customer and marketing thinking.
About the Role
Working across a variety of client engagements, you'll translate lifecycle marketing and customer experience requirements into practical platform solutions.
This is a hands‐on consulting role spanning journey orchestration, personalisation, segmentation, experimentation and campaign optimisation, while partnering closely with marketing, data, product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
Design and configure customer journeys and campaigns within Braze or similar platforms
Build cross‐channel lifecycle experiences across email, push, in‐app, SMS and web
Develop audiences, segmentation, triggers, decision paths and personalised content
Translate lifecycle and customer engagement strategies into scalable platform solutions
Support customer data, event and attribute integrations to enable activation and personalisation
Test and optimise journeys,



campaigns and customer engagement use cases
Use performance insights to identify opportunities for experimentation and optimisation
Facilitate client workshops covering journeys, lifecycle strategy, personalisation and channel activation
Work across marketing, CRM, product, analytics, data and engineering teams
What You'll Bring
4+ years' experience across CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, MarTech or marketing automation
Hands‐on experience with Braze highly regarded, or another enterprise customer engagement platform
Strong experience building and delivering multi‐channel customer journeys and campaigns
Understanding of segmentation, personalisation, journey orchestration and experimentation
Familiarity with customer events, attributes, APIs, SDKs, webhooks and integration concepts
Robust stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to work comfortably across both marketing and technical teams
Consulting or client‐facing experience will be highly regarded
This is open to candidates in Melbourne or Sydney.
