Job Description

Manage a portfolio of strata claims for both residential and commercial properties
n
Act as 2IC for Team Leader
n
Assess situations and handle complaints with professionalism
n
Manage inbound calls and offer support to various stakeholders, including brokers, strata managers, internal technical teams, assessors, and security providers
n
Prepare formal responses, make decisions on claims, and process payments
n
Up to $110,000 plus super salary pending experience plus bonus
n

3+ years experience managing strata claims
n
Complaints resolution experience
n
Calm under pressure, able to manage competing priorities
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced, team-based environment
