Full time Hours | 4-Week Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Planner to support a local council's Asset Planning team on a short-term assignment based in Narre Warren.
n
This role will assist with asset management planning, data analysis and reporting across a range of council infrastructure assets.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support Council's Asset Management Framework and related planning activities.
n
Assist with asset lifecycle planning and condition assessment programs.
n
Analyse asset data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
n
Maintain asset registers and improve data accuracy.
n
Respond to asset-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
n
Assist with long-term asset and capital planning initiatives.
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in Asset Management, Infrastructure Planning, Engineering or a related field.
n
Understanding of asset management principles and frameworks.
n




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Local Government experience is highly regarded.
n
Relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in Asset Management or Engineering.
n

Requirements

Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
n
National Police Check.
n
Working with Children Check.
n
n
