Batlow District Hospital in regional NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department and Acute care team on a 12-week contract basis, starting as soon as possible. This is an In Charge role, offering the chance to lead a busy ED setting while supporting acute and aged care patients in a community hospital setting. If you're an RN with solid ED or acute experience and a track record of managing triage and clinical leadership, this could be the right fit.

Preferred Requirements
Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA




Demonstrated experience in Emergency Department, Acute, or Aged Care nursing
Proven In Charge or team leadership experience in a clinical setting
Triage experience and competence with the Australasian Triage Scale
Robust clinical decision-making and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration
Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or willingness to obtain
Post-graduate qualification or experience in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care
