Access Telehealth seeks an experienced RN or EN to join our Wanneroo-based Aged Care team. Work 4 days a week, Monday to Friday, in office across Residential Aged Care Homes. No nights or weekends.
Use your clinical expertise to assess residents, coordinate care and support GPs and Specialists. You’ll lead clinical decisions, manage priorities, and ensure residents receive timely, high-quality care with limited bedside tasks.
