Job Description

The Valuable Guys in Geelong are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to support store operations and deliver a sales-focused culture. You will handle cash, multichannel fulfilment, inquiries, and promotional activities while contributing to profitability and excellent customer experiences.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work with a team to resolve customer queries, maintain stock integrity, and continually develop product knowledge through available training and development.
