Perform firewall audits, upgrades, and rule optimization
Respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities
VPN & Remote Access (Prisma Global Protect):
Deploy and maintain Prisma Global Protect VPN
Configure: Remote access VPN, Site-to-site IPsec VPN
Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
Implement secure access policies and MFA integration




Ensure seamless connectivity for remote workforce
Design and implement Cisco Meraki SD-WAN solutions
Manage: Auto VPN, traffic shaping, WAN failover, Application-aware routing
Monitor SD-WAN performance via Meraki Dashboard
Optimize WAN cost, performance, and availability
Integrate SD-WAN with cloud and data center networks
Deploy and manage Cisco ACI fabric
Configure: Tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs, Contracts and policies
Integrate ACI with legacy networks and L3Out connectivity
Troubleshoot spine-leaf architecture issues
Monitoring & Operations:
Use of monitoring tools (e.g., Statseeker, SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar)
Maintain network documentation and diagrams
Perform root cause analysis for incidents
