We are seeking reliable and experienced Spray Seal Operators / Crew Members . If you have hands-on experience with bituminous surface treatments and love working outdoors in a rapid-paced team, we want to hear from you.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

n

n
Operating and assisting with bitumen spray trucks, aggregate spreaders, and rollers
n
Laying, spreading, and raking aggregate materials across road construction sites
n
Surface preparation, hand-spraying, and site cleanup
n
Performing daily pre-start safety checks and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
n
Adhering to site safety standards, traffic management plans, and environmental guidelines
n

Requirements:

n

n
Proven experience in road spray sealing or asphalt operations
n




Valid Drivers Licence (MR, HR or HC Class preferred)
n
White card
n
Asbestos Silica
n
Robust work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work flexible outdoor hours
n

Hours & Offer:

n

n
40+ hours per week with regular overtime opportunities
n
Competitive hourly rates $40-$45 PH + penalties and travel allowances
n
Immediate start available for the right candidate
