Job Description

Lead the cyber threat intelligence and hunting team to identify and mitigate potential threats.
n
Develop and implement strategies to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
n
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share insights and improve cybersecurity measures.
n
Oversee the analysis of security data to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
n
Coordinate incident response efforts and provide actionable intelligence to minimise risks.
n
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cyber threats and industry best practices.
n
Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on cybersecurity activities and findings.
n
Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations.
n

A successful Cyber Threat Intel and Hunt Manager should have:
n
n
Minimum 8 years' experience as a senior cyber security specialist, with deep expertise across threat intelligence, threat hunting, threat modelling, and both offensive and defensive security disciplines.
n
A solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
n
Demonstrated capability in leading and executing threat assessments and threat modelling, translating intelligence into actionable security improvements
n
Hands‐on experience with enterprise security tooling, including log analytics, correlation and SIEM platforms (e.g.
CrowdStrike/LogScale,
Splunk
n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
n
Highly developed analytical, critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, board‐level stakeholders and external partners, while working autonomously
n
