Job Description
TAL Australia is hiring for a Customer Experience role across Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane in a hybrid workplace. Join a friendly, supportive team and start with structured life insurance training.
n
You will be the first point of contact, resolve queries on the spot, perform light admin, assist with escalations, and follow privacy rules. Rotating roster is 8am–7pm, Monday–Friday (NSW hours).
