We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Salesperson / Parts Interpreter to join our small and supportive team in Wingfield, SA.

This is a hands‐on role where you will work closely with customers, technicians and suppliers to identify parts requirements, provide expert advice and ensure customers receive the right parts, on time.

About The Role

Interpreting and identifying parts requirements for customers and technicians
n
Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and at the counter
n
Preparing quotes and processing sales orders
n
Sourcing parts and liaising with suppliers
n
Maintaining accurate inventory and system records
n
Supporting warehouse and parts operations as required
n




Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
n

About You

n

n
Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Salesperson or similar role
n
Solid mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment or automotive parts
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
n
The ability to work effectively in a team workplace
n
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems (preferred)
n

n

Experience within the construction, earthmoving, agricultural, transport, automotive or heavy equipment industries will be highly regarded.
