We'relooking for a Procurement Category Manager – Site Services & MRO to take ownershipof twoimportant categories atdifferent stagesof development. You will lead and continue to evolve our established Site Services category, while helping build greater
visibility,structureand
a more strategic approach to MRO.

value to the way we manage suppliers and categories.

The role can be primarily based at either Tooheys Brewery in Lidcombe or our York Street office in Sydney CBD, with regular time spent at both. You'll work closely with our breweries, engineering teams and wider business to deliver meaningful commercial and operational outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

Developing and executing categoryand supplier relationship
managementstrategies
across Site Services, Facilities Management and MRO, with a strong focus on delivering sustainable value.
n
Leading sourcing,
tendering,andcontractingacross
the portfolio.
n
Partnering closely with
engineering,manufacturingand
site leadership teams to understand business needs, challenge existing ways of working
andidentifyopportunities
for improvement.
n
Building robust relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve
service,performanceand
commercial outcomes.
n




Managing procurement projects and resolving complex commercial or operational challenges as they arise.
n
Using market insights, procurement data and supplier performance information
toidentifyopportunities,
manage risk and continuously improve the category.
n

What kind of experience and knowledge are we looking for?
n
n
Proven Procurement category
managementexperience
across Site Services,
FacilitiesManagementor
similar indirect
categoriesincluding
developing and
implementingcategoryand
supplier relationship management strategies.
n
Experience working in or alongside
manufacturing,engineeringor
other asset-intensive environments.
n
A strongtrack recordin strategic sourcing, contract development,and commercial negotiations.
n
The ability to build credibility with technical and operational stakeholders and influence across different teams.
n
A practical, solutions-focused mindset, with the drive to bring structure, simplify processes and get things moving.
n
Strong commercial
judgement,curiosityand
the confidence to challenge the status quo.
n
MRO experience is beneficial but not essential. Strong category management skills and the ability to bring structure to a developing category are more important.
n
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, engineering, chemicals,
construction,miningor
infrastructure could be highlybeneficialto this role. FMCG experience is not essential — what matters most is your attitude, commercial capability, stakeholder skillsand willingness to learn.
