Complex calendar, meeting, and travel management
Coordinating executive communications and correspondence
Preparing reports, presentations, board papers, and meeting agendas

Assisting with project administration across property and asset portfolios
Coordinating consultants, contractors, tenants, and key stakeholders
Maintaining records, contracts, and documentation systems
Tracking actions, deadlines, and project milestones
Supporting budgeting, invoicing, and general administration activities
Organising team events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
Providing broader operational support to the Property & Assets function
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator supporting an executive leader
Experience within property, construction, development, infrastructure, or a related industry is highly regarded
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
Solid written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work autonomously and proactively
Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgement
A collaborative and positive approach to working with stakeholders at all levels
