About the Prospect
n
We are looking for passionate cooks and chefs to join our growing team across all Lucas venues and all levels including Pastry.
n
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
n
n
Demonstrated experience as a cook or chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine-dining venue
n
Sushi, wok, pizza, and pastry experience highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of food safety standards
n




Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
n
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
n
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Full availability and willing to work a rotating roster that includes opening or closings shifts, weekends and public holidays
n
