We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our team in Croydon.
n
What You'll Do:
n
n
Greet customers and assess their automotive parts needs. Provide recommendations and solutions based on their vehicle specifications and requirements.
n
Utilise parts catalogues and databases to identify and locate the correct parts and accessories.
n
Accurately process parts orders, including special orders and backorders. Ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
n
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing reorders, and keeping the parts area organised.
n
Offer technical support and advice to customers and service technicians on parts and repair procedures.
n
Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory changes.
n

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience or a genuine passion to learn about vehicle parts and accessories.
n
Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
n
Comfortable using computers to look up information and enter data.
n
Valid NSW Drivers Licence
