About the Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and construction team, you'll be involved across the commercial delivery of the project, including:
Managing subcontractor procurement and trade packages
Preparing and reviewing scopes of work
Assessing progress claims and variations




Managing contracts and subcontractor agreements
Monitoring project costs, budgets and forecasts
Maintaining accurate project and contract documentation
Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and internal teams
Supporting the Project Manager throughout project delivery

Experience with Commnia, Procore, Jobpac, Microsoft Project and SharePoint will be highly regarded.

About You

You'll need at least three years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within the Sydney construction market & you'll have worked on mixed-use residential and commercial developments with project values up to around $60 million and have strong experience across procurement, subcontractor packages, progress claims, variations and cost management.

You'll be commercially minded, organised and confident dealing with subcontractors, consultants, site teams and senior management.
