Wood Motorcycle & Mower is a local dealership and workshop specialising in motorcycles, mowers and small engine equipment, providing sales, servicing, repairs and maintenance to customers across the region. We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Administration Trainee to support our workshop operations in Warrnambool.

Key Responsibilities

Answer telephone calls, respond to basic enquiries and greet customers
n
Assist with general administration and reception duties
n
Assist with data entry, invoices, filing and document preparation
n
Support sales administration and customer paperwork
n
Assist with scheduling appointments and workshop bookings
n
Learn and follow dealership systems, procedures and workplace practices
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
n
Positive communication and organisational skills
n
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
n
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
n
