Scentre Group in Chermside, Brisbane area, is seeking a Customer Services Supervisor to lead our Concierge and Valet teams to deliver premium service to shoppers and visitors.

You will oversee daily operations, coach frontline staff, manage rosters, and partner with the Services Manager and centre leadership to drive performance and service standards.

The role is permanent, full time, in office at Westfield Chermside, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
