You will deliver respectful assessments, interventions and case management, building recovery-focused outcomes and coordinating with families and health specialists.
You'll mentor colleagues, lead quality improvement initiatives, and work within a team-oriented multidisciplinary team to strengthen services, safety and outcomes.
