The Role
n
This is a full time / casual position, with flexible shifts including weekends.
n
You will work closely with our Head Chef and senior team members to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Execute food preparation, cooking, and presentation with high standards & consistency.
n




Adherence to all NSW Food Safety and WHS regulations, with strong focus on maintaining a clean & organised work stations.
n
Working on various stations (hot, cold, and grill) as required.
n
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, professional kitchen culture.
n
n
About You:
n
n
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar, quality restaurant environment.
n
Strong culinary & communication skills.
n
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
n
Positive attitude, reliability, and a solid work ethics.
