About This Role
n
Join a leading energy operator as a Lead Integrity Engineer, providing technical leadership for asset integrity programs at a major gas processing facility. Responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians, you will drive inspection, corrosion, reliability and pressure equipment integrity programs while supporting safe, compliant and reliable operations through best-practice engineering solutions.

Lead the site's fixed asset integrity programs, including piping, pressure vessels, corrosion management and pressure relief systems.
n
Provide technical oversight for integrity inspection and maintenance activities.
n
Support Operations and Maintenance teams with integrity management and equipment reliability initiatives.
n
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, setting priorities and driving performance outcomes.
n
Promote a solid safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant safety case requirements.
n
Manage integrity risks through inspection planning, assessment and repair recommendations.
n
Support Management of Change (MOC) activities relating to pressure equipment and piping systems.
n
Conduct Fitness-For-Service (FFS) assessments on in-service equipment.
n
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures and recurring reliability issues.
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and integrity performance KPIs.
n
Maintain knowledge of industry standards and emerging best practices.
n
Collaborate closely with Asset Management and site stakeholders to improve asset reliability and operational performance.

Requirements
n
n
Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials or a related Engineering discipline.
n
Experience within oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, refining, chemical processing or similar heavy industry environments.
n
Experience with in-service inspection programs and Fitness-For-Service (FFS) assessments.
n
Strong knowledge of materials degradation, corrosion mechanisms and corrosion management.
n
Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and inspection methodologies.
n
Working knowledge of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) principles and implementation.
n
Proven experience managing the integrity of pressure equipment, piping systems and fixed assets.
n
Experience conducting equipment failure investigations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
n
Familiarity with Management of Change (MOC) processes and integrity-related risk management.
n
Strong understanding of industry standards including AS, ASME, API, AMPP and ISO codes.
n
Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding engineers and technicians.
n
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
