We're excited to be partnering with a leading Australian organisation to bring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist into the team on a temporary basis.

This is a genuine end-to-end recruitment role where you'll have the opportunity to hit the ground running, work across a broad range of recruitment activity and make an immediate impact.

About the role
n
You'll take ownership of the recruitment process from brief through to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a great experience for both the business and candidates.
n

Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
n
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
n
Sourcing and identifying quality candidates through a range of channels
n
Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
n
Managing candidate communication and the recruitment process from start to finish
n
Providing market insight and recruitment advice to your stakeholders
n
Supporting a positive and consistent candidate experience
n

About you
n
You're an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who knows how to get things moving.
n
n




Minimum 3 years experience working in an end-to-end internal TA or recruitment role
n
Confidence managing multiple vacancies and priorities at once
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
A proactive, hands‐on approach to sourcing and recruitment
n
The ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player
n
Solid attention to detail and a genuine focus on candidate experience
n
The confidence to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
n
n
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys recruitment, builds relationships easily and gets satisfaction from finding the right person for the right role.
