About the Role
n
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating and delivering responsive, practical, and accurate HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR processes are timely, compliant, and aligned with Landmark Group's values and policies.
n
You will be involved in activities such as recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee record management, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent prospect to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Coordinating recruitment administration, from job ads to interview scheduling and documentation.
n
Assisting with onboarding, inductions, and pre-employment checks in partnership with managers and site teams.
n
Maintaining accurate employee records, organisational charts, and HR registers in compliance with privacy standards.
n
Administering HR systems and supporting routine employee and manager queries.
n
Managing probation monitoring, licences, training, and other key employee data with timely follow-up.
n
Supporting payroll administration through accurate and timely information provision.
n
Coordinating offboarding processes and contributing to performance and remuneration review cycles.
n
Supporting learning, development, and employee engagement activities.
n
Responding to routine HR enquiries and escalating complex matters to the HR Manager.
n
Assisting with performance, conduct, grievance, and workplace investigations.
n
Preparing regular HR reports and contributing to HR policy reviews and improvements.
n

About You
n
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
n
n
1 to 3 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar HR-focused role.
n
A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (completed or in progress).
n
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment such as property or construction is advantageous.
n
Working knowledge of the Fair Work framework, National Employment Standards, and modern awards is desirable.
n
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Professionalism, discretion and the confidence to engage with employees and managers at all levels.
n
Proactive and dependable work ethic with the ability to own routine HR processes.
n
Solid Microsoft Office skills and experience with HRIS, payroll, or applicant tracking systems (Employment Hero experience a plus).
n
A positive, service-focused attitude and sound judgement in escalating matters appropriately.
