This is an prospect to work across a broad range of property matters, with a particular focus on commercial and retail leasing, alongside acquisitions and disposals, property development and other general property transactions.

What you'll be doing:

Advising landlords and tenants on commercial and retail leasing matters
n
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases and associated documentation
n
Assisting on property acquisitions, disposals and broader transactional matters
n
Building strong client relationships and working closely with experienced senior lawyers
n

What we're looking for:
n
n
You will ideally have 2–5+ years PAE with solid private practice experience in property law and commercial leasing.
n
You will be commercially minded, a lover of tech and confident managing matters with an appropriate level of autonomy
n
n
