Job Description
n
Administer and maintain the Enterprise Service Management platform, ensuring system availability, performance and reliability
n
Configure and maintain workflows, forms, service catalogues, templates, notifications, business rules, automation routines and service portals
n
Support platform upgrades, testing activities, release deployments, vendor-led enhancements and environment management
n
Monitor platform utilisation, system health and performance to ensure optimal service delivery
n
Administer and maintain Enterprise IT Asset Management across hardware, software, cloud and service assets
n
Custody of SVHA technology asset, configuration and service management data
n
Ensure integrity, accuracy and governance of information supporting service delivery, asset lifecycle management, cybersecurity, change management, reporting, compliance and AI-enabled capabilities
n
Maintain trusted technology data foundations supporting automation, analytics and AI-enabled service management
n
Improve processes and systems, resolve complex challenges, and translate complexity into clear advice, decisions and action
n

Requirements
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience administering Enterprise Service Management, IT Service Management or Asset Management platforms
n
Proven experience administering IT Asset Management processes, including asset lifecycle governance, discovery and reconciliation
n
Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management principles and Service Configuration Management practices
n
Experience developing reporting, dashboards and operational analytics
n
Robust understanding of data governance, data quality management and information integrity controls
n
Experience working with enterprise technology teams, vendors and stakeholders
n




Highly developed analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a CMDB in a large and complex enterprise environment
n
Previous exposure to healthcare operational environments is highly regarded but not essential
n
Completion of all role-required pre-employment checks, including relevant immunisations
n
