The Shire of Capel in Capel, WA is seeking a Customer Experience Officer to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, qualified service.

You will triage requests, assist with basic enquiries, handle payments, venue hire, and process applications and registrations, with casual shifts across weekdays 8:15am to 4:45pm.

This casual role offers hourly pay at approximately 35.1763 AUD, plus casual loading, and provides a adaptable entry into local government community services.
