About The Role
n
We are looking to appoint a Care Services Manager for our Dulwich, SA team urgently. This is a key people and operational leadership role responsible for leading the care team, supporting clients and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery. We are looking for an experienced Aged Care leader who is people-focused, confident managing teams and able to make sound decisions in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the care team.

Manage day-to-day service delivery and operational priorities.
n
Build a positive, accountable and people-centric culture.

Manage performance, supervision and team development.
n
Build strong relationships with clients, families, staff and stakeholders.

Monitor client needs, incidents, risks and complaints.
n
Ensure compliance with Aged Care requirements and organisational standards.

Monitor team performance, workforce needs and service quality.

Use reporting and data to identify issues and improve outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement across care systems and processes.

Ensure safe, consistent and person-centred service delivery.

About You
n
Aged Care experience and strong people management skills are essential.
n
