Job Description
We are an allied health practice providing a holistic approach to client care through paediatricspeech pathology, occupational therapy, and psychology across our 4 clinic locations in Brendale, Eight-Mile Plains, Logan & Upper Coomera.

**** Grad Program Salary Package
n Base salary: $80,******
n Superannuation: $9,******
n PD allowance: up to $*******
n Total package: $92,******

Hybrid role -Clinic-based & community, workalongside a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners
n
Comprehensive induction- a 2-week comprehensive induction period, with ongoing training and development
n
Manageable caseload- A slow build-up in caseload, with ongoing support from highly experienced Senior SPs working right alongside you
n
Frequent supervision- weekly 1:1 internal supervision forthe first 6 months, then fortnightly, peer supervision, you'll never feel left on your own and will be well supported
n
Professional Development- monthly in-service professional development from highly experienced seniors
n

More Admin Support- our client service team handles all things admin, including client waitlist and all bookings

More Autonomy- input with your calendar, see clients in clinic or in the community, dedicated admin time

Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
n
Degree in Speech Pathology
n
Police Check and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work)
