Currently on the market for an Infrastructure Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services and PMO team here in Melbourne.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation to come into our office three days a week.

About the Role
n
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of client-aligned projects, with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a 'best-practice' project delivery approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.

Key responsibilities:
n

Monitor, manage, the configuration and support Core Network/Load Balancing and
Network/Application
Security solutions
n
Lead, Build and maintain relationships with key technical staff in our Customers and Cube's preferred vendors
n
Provide support within Service Level requirements of the Customer
n
Ownership & Resolution of critical problems and 2nd level escalations
n
Facilitate/participate
in hand-overs and transition of projects
n




Maintain & grow technical understanding and keep up to date with security products and technology developments
n
Provide mentoring and support to Associate Engineer staff
n
Identify, recommend and implement process improvements and efficiencies both internally and for customers as it relates to supporting Core Network and
Network/Application
Security environments

About You:
n
n
Must have strong experience working as a Project Manager within a Professional Services or Managed Services business, delivering within Network projects
n
Delivering infrastructure, cloud, network, or cyber security projects.
n
Strong understanding of Azure, Microsoft 365, networks, firewalls, routing, VPN, and connectivity.
n
Proven ability to manage service transition, cutover, and BAU handover.
n
Solid vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Familiarity with ITIL, enterprise change processes, and regulated environments.
