Kenway & Clark seeks an experienced Leading Hand Diesel Mechanic to lead day-to-day activities in our Cowra or Young Service departments.
This role combines hands-on diagnostics and repairs with workshop coordination and customer communication.
You'll balance hands-on mechanical work with planning workloads, monitoring progress, and guiding apprentices while upholding safety standards and quality.
Experience in agricultural machinery is preferred.
