Transurban is seeking a Collections Officer to join our Credit team in Sydney.
The role focuses on inbound/outbound calls to support cash flow, negotiate payments, assess risk, and provide fair resolutions within a structured contact centre.
Training is provided onsite for 6 weeks at Eastern Creek or CBD, with permanent or fixed-term options after probation.
Shifts are Mon-Fri with no weekends.
