We are looking for a Civil Litigation Lawyer for a well-established boutique law firm based in Sydney CBD.
n
This opportunity will suit a lawyer who has developed a solid litigation foundation and is looking for broader matter exposure, closer client contact and increased responsibility.
About the Role:n
n
Work across a varied range of civil and commercial disputes
n
Draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions and correspondence
n
Undertake legal research and prepare practical advice
n
Assist with mediations, negotiations and court preparation
n
Liaise directly with clients, counsel and experts
n
Qualifications:n
n
2-5 years' PAE in civil or commercial litigation
n
Admitted in Current South Wales or eligible to obtain a NSW practising certificate
n
Sound understanding of court processes and dispute resolution
n
Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills
n
Proactive, commercially minded and keen to develop as a litigator
n
n
