The Role
Join our dedicated Claims team as a Case Manager, where you'll strategically manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims, focused on early intervention and returning injured workers back to work.
Your focus will span the full lifecycle of claims management:
Supporting injured workers with early intervention, optimising medical treatment and rehabilitation to promote and support recovery and return-to-work outcomes
Reviewing, assessing and determining workers compensation benefits including weekly compensation, medical treatment and work capacity decisions
Managing both physical and psychological injuries, some of which require legal considerations and coordinating investigations
Applying legislative frameworks strategically to achieve cost-effective, compliant outcomes
Building strong relationships with Members, proactively communicating developments and collaborating on claims strategies
You will be supported by injury management specialists, technical advisors and enabling true collaboration on the most challenging claims.

You're an experienced case manager with a passion for workers compensation and helping people through difficult times.
