Agflite is looking for a reliable, hardworking Ground Crew member to join our aerial agricultural operation.
The Job
Support aircraft and pilots with loading, refuelling and general ground operations
Handle agricultural chemicals and equipment
Maintain aircraft, vehicles and equipment
General yard and operational duties
Work weekends and occasional long hours during busy periods
Ability and willingness to obtain a truck licence
Reliable, practical and safety-focused
Willing to work hard and get the job done
Experience in agriculture, machinery or aviation is an advantage but not essential — we will train the right person.
Career progression into other roles possible for the right applicant.
