Fixed‐Term (12 months), full‐time role earning $ 81,496 - $98,955 per year, plus super.
What you will do
As information officer, you will give clear advice about guardianship and decision‐making.
You will help people understand their options and access the right support.
You will:
give
clear
information about guardianship, administration and enduring powers of attorney
respond to calls and written questions,



and refer complex matters when needed
assess
high‐risk
matters and make notifications under agreed procedures
provide
short‐term
advocacy that supports people's rights, choices and dignity
research service issues, update resources and help improve information services.
About you
No qualification is required for this role. A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential.
You should also have:
strong knowledge
of Victoria's disability, mental health and aged care services
clear communication
skills, both when speaking and writing
good judgement
to solve problems and explain complex information simply
inclusive and calm
communication skills when supporting people in difficult situations.
