Job Description
Kairos Speech Therapy and Learning is a Speech Pathology clinic located on Avon Road in North Ryde. We are a supportive team that loves making a difference and values creating a positive workplace!

As our clinic continues to grow, we're looking for a highly motivated, organised, and friendly Administrative Assistant (Client Relations) to join our team on a casual basis.
n
This role offers flexibility, including a hybrid work arrangement where some administrative duties can be performed remotely. However, the applicant must be able to commit to working after-school hours (some days in the clinic) and remotely as required.
n
The Administrative Assistant (Client Relations) role involves:
n
Welcoming and building robust rapport with clients and their families.
n
Managing reception duties, including answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, and processing billing.
n
Administrative and office coordination tasks, such as maintaining records, assisting with team scheduling, overseeing resource management and maintaining compliance.
n
Being the key point of contact for client communications, including providing updates and managing inquiries professionally.
n
Flexibility to perform some administrative tasks remotely,
such as scheduling and client communication (email, text, calls).
n
Assisting with creating therapy resources (e.g., laminating and preparing materials)
n
Work Hours
n
This is a casual role.
n
A mix of in-clinic and virtual work.
n
Must be available to work some after-school hours both in-clinic and remotely.
n
We're looking for someone with:
n
Reception/administrative/managing
experience working in an allied health/medical clinic setting is strongly preferred.
n
Exceptional computer skills, including advanced proficiency with scheduling systems, practice management software, email, and Microsoft Office. (We need someone very comfortable navigating technology and troubleshooting independently.)
n
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
n
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly approach.
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
A Working with Children Check and NSW Police Check.
n
A driver's licence
n
Knowledge about NDIS and disability supports (Desired)
