About You
n
You're a relationship-driven sales qualified who enjoys working with customers, identifying opportunities and achieving results. You take a proactive approach, build trust easily, and are motivated by delivering outstanding service while growing your territory. Whether you're managing existing accounts or developing new business, you bring energy, professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer success.

About the Role
n
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers across NSW. Your focus will be on strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities, increasing sales,
and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
n

Manage and grow existing customer accounts.

Identify and secure new business opportunities.

Achieve sales and profit targets.
n
Promote LSC's extensive range of products and solutions.

Build long-term customer relationships and become a trusted advisor.

Provide outstanding customer service and support.
n
Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
n
Work closely with branch and national teams to deliver customer outcomes.
n
Maintain and develop product and industry knowledge.

To be successful in the role, you will have

Demonstrated success in sales, account management or business development.
n
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
n
A results‐driven approach with a track record of achieving targets.
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‐building skills.
n
Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
n
A customer‐focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
n
Experience within the security, locksmith, hardware, electrical or related industries will be highly regarded.
n
Current driver's licence.
