Job Description
OneCare Limited in Tasmania is seeking a full time Home Care Operations Manager to steer day-to-day operations and lead the Home Care team across CHSP, VHC, DVA, and fee-for-service.
n
The role focuses on strategic expansion, recruitment and rostering, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards while promoting services in the community.
n
You will report to the CBP&RLO; and drive growth in three regions, deliver high-quality service, and support consumer-directed care.
