With continued growth across Australia, they are expanding their commercial team and seeking a Business Development Executive to develop their presence across Queensland.

The Role
n
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals and pharmacy customers across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
n
This is a predominantly field-based role focused on educating healthcare professionals, developing new relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the territory.
n
Rather than traditional single-product detailing, you will work across a broad portfolio and have solution-focused conversations with healthcare professionals.
n




Key responsibilities include
n
n
Develop relationships with GPs, healthcare professionals and pharmacy customers
n
Educate healthcare professionals on customised pharmaceutical solutions
n
Identify and develop current business opportunities across the territory
n
Build awareness and engagement within the healthcare community
n
Connect healthcare professionals with relevant pharmacy partners
n
Collaborate closely with internal sales and commercial teams
n
Manage your own territory, schedule and customer activity
n
n
Your Skills & Experience
n
n
1-2 years pharmaceutical, healthcare or related sales experience
n
Science, health or pharmaceutical-related degree
n
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn
n
Experience engaging doctors or healthcare professionals highly regarded
n
Compounding or personalised medicine experience advantageous
n
Creative, curious and comfortable working with autonomy
n
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
n
Current driver's licence and comfortable working predominantly on the road
