As a Primary Health Registered Nurse, you'll provide holistic, person-centred care and have the opportunity to use a broad range of clinical skills.
n
You'll work closely with GPs, allied health professionals, nurses and external healthcare providers to assess health needs, coordinate care and support positive health outcomes. This role offers a diverse clinical workload and the opportunity to utilise a broad range of nursing skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

How You'll Make an Impact!

Providing evidence-based nursing care and chronic disease management
n




Administering medications and immunisations
n
Performing wound care, blood collection and other clinical procedures
n
Supporting health promotion and patient education
n
Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams and external providers
n

Let's talk about you!
n
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with a minimum of 5 years' post-registration clinical experience. Solid clinical assessment, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills are essential.
